Efficient stay at Dorado

Customer service is ex ceptional from the employees in the property, very helpful and always able to go the extra mile to meeting the customer's expectations.

Rooms, maintenance is not good, some mold in the grout of the bathrooms, no water pressure at all in the the shower, not all the rooms have a refrigerator, etc.

The location is great, although it's located on a busy street there was no noise in the rooms.

The room was rather small, TV didn't work and nothing was done when reported.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything within walking distance.

My only complaint is the noise, you can hear everything going on outside.

It was good

Breakfast was good, some variations offered everyday. The Location was key for us, a new meters to the main attractions.

Some maintenance were done during our stay specially related to elevador, so we have to use the stars instead. We choose the hotel because we wanted to make sure that the hotel have elevador because I was traveling with elderly.

Worthy to stay!

The staff, is friendly and ready to assist you with any question, or concerns. Norberto, the chef is very sweet and very thoughtful. The rooms are comfortable with all of the comfort. The location of the hotel is very convenient; everything is just steps from it. Good hotel.

Because it is located in downtown, ibesides, is a renovation project going on; iy is noisy and busy. But after 7:00 pm is better.

Great location, good facilities

The hotel is being renovated. although the common areas still need work, the rooms are new with excellent facilities (including air conditioning!) The breakfast was the best we had during our trip around South America with good variety of hot dishes that changed every day. The location is great, it’s right on the edge of Getsemani and equal walking distance to Getsemani and the Centro Historico. The staff helped us to store our luggage after check out. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The hotel is located close to Getsemani which means that at night it’s not quiet. If you are a light sleeper you may want to explore other locations.

GOOD HOTEL NEED SOME WORK TO IMPROVE THE HOTEL IMAGE,

FRONT OFFICE STAFF FOR CHECK IN. BIG BEDROOM WITH AWSOME BALCONY. GOOD LOCATION.

ROOF TOP WAS NOT CLEAN BUT GODD VIEW. NEED TO CHANGE ALL COUCHES IN THE LOBBY AS WELL AS IN THE ROOF TOP. ALL THE TOWELS WERE VERY OLD. HALLWAYS NEED TO BE CLEAN OR CHANGE THE TITLE. ENTEREANCE OF THE HOTEL SHOULD BE MORE ATTRATIVE THAN THE EYE SOAR. NEEDS LOT OF TLC AS WELL AS TO PAINT THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL. BIG NAME BOARD FOR THE HOTEL TO IDENTIFY,

Hotel is cheap, has good modern facilities and is close to everything you want to do in Cartagena

The property was close to the old town and tourist areas. The rate was cheap and we stayed over Christmas. Breakfast was very good. The room was newly renovated and modern. The shower had hot water. No issues with the room.

We didn't know that we had to pay upfront all at one time. We ended up paying one time. Be ready to pay with a credit or debit card or Colombian Pesos as soon as you arrive at the hotel to avoid issues.

super centric you can walk to a lot of places from the hotel the room was nice

the common areas are not pretty the breakfast area was messy one hour before it ended and the was no food the guy serving was not nice and you couldn’t understand him
